Without all the vehicle details including at least either the Full Vin / Chassis / Frame Number or UK Registration Number we are not able to price your Genuine Toyota Spare Part or Accessory accurately. 

We believe we can beat any Genuine Toyota or Lexus Parts or Accessory quote!

We can ship to anywhere in the world, please email or call us for shipping prices if your outside UK Mainland, shipping price shown online in the shop  include most UK Mainland Addresses, although some highland Post codes are excluded and have an extra fee, please ask if you are unsure.

All our products are Genuine Toyota and are NEW products unless otherwise stated in there description, and come with a FULL 1 years  Manufacturers warranty.

Please note we cannot accept over the phone payments, credit card payments must go through the Secure Server. 

Returns Policy:

We can accept any item back for return and refund  (shipping charges are not refundable) if unused and in a resaleable condition if within 7 days of receipt of the goods you have informed us by writing, email or fax that you wish to return the item and we have issued a returns authorisation. Returns request by phone are not acceptable.

Faulty, Damaged or Missing or Lost Goods or Goods you believe are Incorrectly supplied must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt in writing and we will organise collection of the items at our cost. Faulty goods will be tested by the manufacturer and any refunds due will be processed and be returned to you within a 30 day period from when the goods are successfully received by us, refunds will be processed using the same method as you used for purchasing.

If you are simply returning the goods because you no longer require them, It is your responsibility to return the goods using a service that is adequately insured, and you are responsible for any cost incurred for returning the items, alternatively we can arrange for collection and this will be deducted from your credit amount.

Your statutory rights are not affected (Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000)
